fresh off vacation.

Had a great time.

I want to thank everybody for their well wishes and nice words on social media.

Wife and I had a great time, celebrate an anniversary year number 30.

And she'll be home this week again.

So pretty cool stuff. but I'll tell you this

if you are unfamiliar with Chattanooga and I have been there multiple times for races my wife

and I ran the stump jump she ran it much faster and with greater vigor than I did but nevertheless

longest race in my life, I believe,

was the stump jump. I think that's right. We ran 25K at the stump jump. I think that's right.

But that was another lifetime ago. Then I decided to start writing books because I didn't really want

to train. But all that being said, guys, Chattanooga is a great town. It really is. It's really

unlike a lot of other towns in the

South. We had an amazing time when had our pictures made. I had a photographer professionally.

Her name is Emily Lester. If people have commented on our pictures about how great they were,

it kind of helps when the subject matter is beautiful. But that said,

Emily Lester in Chattanooga, Tennessee was our photographer, and she was absolutely amazing. So if

you're in that area or consider taking a trip, a little traveling tip for you guys. You know,

what happens is we as husbands especially, we don't fully appreciate how often our wives
