Summary

Congratulations to the newest member of the 700-HR club, Albert Pujols! After a slow start to the season and chasing a record that was seemingly unattainable, Pujols turned on the jets in the second-half to make history on Friday night hitting his 699th and 700th in the same game. Meanwhile, the A's knocked around Jacob deGrom and Dallas is starting to lean toward Joey's side about not being all-in on deGrom. The Guardians clinched the AL Central after going 16-2 in their past 18 games and Jared is cashing his $10,000 ticket. Clips from the Guardians locker room celebration surfaced with audio of people chirping the White Sox and Tony La Russa. Joey has been reluctant to say the Braves will win the NL East but he thinks the next Mets/Braves series will decide the division winner. On the other hand, Spencer Strider is out until the playoffs which is a big blow to the Braves right now and potentially down the road. Jared and Joey think Billy the Marlin is pulling the strings within the Marlins organization and it all comes back to the mascot cocaine ring. Barry Bonds has been blackballed from MLB just because he was the greatest player to ever do steroids. We're trying to figure out why he gets different treatment from the league as opposed to other players who did steroids. Jared finds it weird that the Maris family is attending all of Judge's potential record-setting games to root against him. Judge also failed to hit his 61st home run in a four-game series against the Red Sox so we're predicting where he may hit it. Enjoy!
