I mean, granted you're right now this year as an Aggie has lasted a little longer than it does in other years when you come out of the gates, maybe two and oh, three, and you're like, we've got it.

It's lasted longer into the season this year, but you have to have this feeling that has been validated throughout your life.

Sooner or later here, the wheels come shooting off the car. You know, Will, see, this is when people ask me why I feel like this as an Aggie, that I just need to take what you just said and clip it and send it to them, because this is what I've dealt with my entire life. This is the patronizing question that I always get. And to be fair, it's a very fair question. So I, this is where I am currently. It's like every week I try to tell myself

things can change, right? Things can change. Mike Elko is different. This culture is different.

And right before kickoff,

every single week, I'm like, just know, just know it could happen. And it hasn't happened yet.

So I will say that also, you know, we haven't won a conference championship since 1998 national

title since 1939. Everything you just said is completely correct. But right now, I need the hope

that I have, okay?

I need you to let me have it.

So I can be patronizing or give you a little bit of grief because history has validated exactly what will happen with the Aggies for this season is over.

And then you end up a three or four lost team.
