I find myself that I try, I find myself trying all these different things, but nothing really works.

So I'll put like, you know, some meditation tracks on.

I'll make sure I turn off on my screens and, you know, this and that, humidifiers and lavender smells,

vitamins. And then when it all fails, some NyQuil, and that shit don't even work.

And I think we could all relate to this at some point or another because anxiety is a real thing.

Anxiety will come over and we'll find ourselves trying to distract ourselves or cure our anxiety with all of these little tools and tricks.

Anxiety reflects our desires. We have these goals. We have some things that we want and that's expected

happens? It's a lot of uncertainty, right? And we all do different things when the anxiety hits.
