It's called Hagakure, the secret wisdom of the samurai.

If you look online, you'll find at least two interpretations. I have both, and I actually don't have a favorite.

I used to have a favorite, but I like both interpretations, although both of them are a little different.

It's kind of like the Bible. You might enjoy King James version. You might enjoy the new living translation, whatever. It's all the same thing, although it is a little bit different language.

So this is a book written by Yamamoto Sunatomo, who is an OG samurai.

Samarize by virtue of what they were had to be beasts.

That means they can be called out at any moment to a duel.

They had to be willing to die for honor, for respect, without question.

So cowardice for a samurai is unforgivable.

So I want to read this to you, and I want to break down why it's important to you.
