And the story of Suzanne Morfew goes back to 2020.

She went missing on Mother's Day of that year in May.

Her husband, who was accused of the murders, was previously indicted.

And guess what?

Now he has been re-indicted for the murder of his wife, Suzanne, five years after she vanished

in three years, and you're looking at them during better times, obviously. Three years

after charges were dropped the first time around in a high profile courtroom collapse, which

we'll talk about. Suzanne's body was found in a remote area known as the Boneyard in Colorado,

with animal tranquilizers in her system.

Now a grand jury just made it known that there is enough evidence to charge Barrymore

of you again, and that is why he was re-arrested.

The urgency is real, and justice may be finally catching up. We are waiting. Dan Ridenauer. He's been in radio and television for over 40 years and hosts a show in Colorado. So we're trying to get him here to weigh in. But we've got Chris Decker rejoining us.

He started his career in the public defender's office before moving into private practice in the law firm of Decker and Jones.

He practices in Denver and I believe Western Colorado.
