Bang Zoom. Let's start. Hey, let's start. Albin, listen, yesterday I shared on the program that I, the day before I ran 22 miles, which is just insane.

Now, that's like endurance.

That's like somebody says, I'm going to run a marathon, but I didn't train, and I'm just going to go and, you know, do it, whatever.

So you're not going at a lightning pace by any means.

But I feel it more today than yesterday.

Oh, my gosh.

My legs are really like 50% theoretical at this point.

It's kind of, it is kind of amazing.
