Hello, it's Danny Howard, back with Radio One's mini-mix, and this week, you are in for a treat.

It comes from Scottish producer Barry Can't Swim.

Aside of having a great artist name, he also makes amazing music.

Sort of jazz-inflected house music.

All his releases sound so summery. So even during the darker winter

months, you can sort of have a little escapism in your head and imagine that you are somewhere

on a beach, Pina Collada in hand, and a bit of Barry can't swim as the soundtrack, which is what's

going to happen for the next five minutes. He's gone for a Barry's Jazz Club theme, which I mean,

I'm on board with. What a great name

and what a great theme. And Barry says, this is how I imagine Barry's Jazz Club would sound.

It's a mixture of timeless classics from Sinatra to Ella Fitzgerald, as well as the new wave

of jazz influenced artists like Lawrence Guy and Follamore, who have been merging these

timeless sounds

with modern house music and hip-hop for the clubs. It's an evolution from classic jazz clubs

to the modern dance floor. So here we go. For the next five minutes with Barry's Jazz Club,
