1:39.8	has been arrested. The charges against Tom Barrick, who led the former Geyson Aguil Fund,
1:44.3	amount to a seven count indictment for being an unregistered foreign agent and obstructing
1:48.4	justice. Barrick, whose primary residence is in Los Angeles, was taken into custody in California
1:53.8	and indicted on foreign lobbying charges related to his dealings with the UAE. That's according
1:57.9	to an indictment filed by the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn in a federal court.
