Today's 10 minute walk is helping you stay fitness consistent, so let's go for a walk.

I'm actually headed for an old access road.

It is near the Myrtle Beach International Airport.

It is early in the morning pre-sunrise.

I am walking where there are street lights at the moment.

And as I head down this access road, the street lights, well, they aren't there.

So I'm going to need to turn on a little flashlight that I have attached to my

hoodie. So let me do that real quick. Press the button. Where's the button? There's the button. Oh.

Okay. Note to self. Don't point the light into your eyes as you're getting ready to turn it on.

That was not good.

I want to share with you a story, a comment.

This was a comment recently to one of the Walking His Fitness YouTube videos.

And I'm going to read you this comment.
