Nick Falado. Tonight we're here to break down the dreaded all 22 film against the Chicago Bears.

0:45.3

It's a 29 to 22 beat down by the Bears. Oh my God, this was ugly. This was probably, I mean,

0:52.7

I won't say it's like the worst film I watched because, like, at times it felt like the worst film I was watching was the Rams this year. It's because the Giants were trying to pass the football and they were doing so poorly doing it. This game was, I mean, it went by pretty fast. It was mostly run plays from the Giants. Even when they found themselves down 20 points, like three scores. The Giants were running the ball.

1:11.9

Almost every play down three scores.

1:13.8

It was almost like they wanted the game to be over with.

1:16.5

I don't think that's actually what happened.

1:17.9

I think they just have such a lack of confidence in their passing game right now.

1:22.7

And their ability to generate anything in the passing game that there's like maybe we can,

1:27.4

I don't know, get one touchdown running the ball, but no, there was no touchdowns to be had for this Giants team. So I guess my main takeaway was, Nick, as I watch this game, and I think three of the first five plays, or three, it was two of the first five plays were wildcat plays by the Giants, which I somewhat called for,

1:44.3

but I kind of wanted them to beat Cadarius Tony, who was injured, to give maybe throw the ball. This was just Barclay running the cat. When I saw that, I was like, this is going to be what this game is going to be on film. And so I guess my main takeaway was the Giants tried. They ran the ball with some consistency out of some serious. and we'll go over this, some tight, heavy personnel packages. So my main takeaway was, if you're looking for a positive, this is one of the better games from Seekwon Barkley in a really long time. He fought for tough yardage. He had a couple, he had a couple runs that should have been negative runs. He turned into positive ones, one for eight, one for six that I have in

2:17.6

my note. So that's probably my best takeaway. Seekwon Berkeley, probably in my opinion, the best

2:22.1

game of the season for him. I would 100% agree, Dan, to be honest. To Seekwan Barclay, to me,

2:27.7

there were several runs on film where he legit maximized the run, where it did not seem like

2:33.6

he should hit that hole.

2:34.7

There was nothing there. He anticipated that there would be a block. The block happened. And then he picked up the yardage that was necessary. And that wasn't necessarily there before he made that decision. So I really liked what I saw from Seiflo and Barclay. And there's something that I, I think I might have saw it on Twitter. and then as I watched this game, it got me thinking a little bit.

2:33.3

2:53.0

With this Giants game plan that we're going to go over here in a little bit,

2:57.1

would it actually be more conducive to success to actually have Sequin Barclay as your quarterback?
