you know I love the the Trump litigation is fascinating to me just because of the number of things going on all at the same times. I need I think substantial issues involved in all of them. We saw this last week New York Court of Appeals in the civil case

judge's wife which is interesting because we had analyzed how the DC Court of Appeals was talking about whether or not that if you could show in the DC case that the clerk or the staff had some kind of political aspirations or political involvement that clearly that would encompass the speech that didn't bother at least now of the intermediate

Court of Appeals in the New York State civil action at the same time, the same court of appeals in DC also ruled on the separate actions where they're suing Trump civilly, so not criminally, but fighting
