but many listeners have heard it over the years. I have I just

got back from a trial in Arkansas. This was the case that I that's been

dismissed twice. I've gone to the Eighth Circuit Court of

Appeal twice. It's been reversed and published decisions twice. Finally, on January 29th,

we were set for trial and we started picking a jury and I did the closings on Monday. We're taping this on Sunday, we did closings in the morning and jury came back

and it's because there was no Friday involved. They came back in the afternoon.

I think 10 of 5 o'clock, 4.50 and awarded, I'll tell you, there's nothing like verdict, whatever, and the judges to the four person.
