It's people versus Daystar Peterson for those who don't know that is a young man who is a rapper, who was accused of shooting and is now convicted of shooting.

Megan, the stallion, Meg Peter's and Tory Lane as I believe people might know that gentleman by Daystar Peterson is better known as Tory lanes.

Yes, correct. And of course, the jury was out and they get a note 315.

It was actually before that 247. There is something and I've said it to all of you who listen and to Gary, Gary knows it's been six years ago and you've been calling this out.

And just in this phenomena, especially in Los Angeles, about the jury's coming back at the bewitching hour between two and three o'clock on a Friday afternoon is just absolutely unbelievable.

And so for those who don't know this case was the young man was charged with three counts and goes by the name as Gary said, Tory.

Yeah, Tory lanes, I believe is how it's pronounced, but I could be screwing that up here. I did not know this, but he's a Canadian rapper. I thought he was an American, but he's Canadian.

And he's got an animated family.

Well, he sure does. And so set it up. What happened was the case was tried by George Modession, who is the defense lawyer.

George had argued during the trial, basically in a nutshell, that there was a delayed report that he was the that his client Tory was the shooter that in fact in his opening statement had conceded that Megan had been shot.
