Any time to myself so yeah, how are you you've been doing very well in court. It's been a pleasure to sit next to you. I've actually been upgraded. I was sitting a little bit behind you when we started our trial. I know you're now you're now in fact one day you were right

and shotgun at council table. I really was it's it's very strange for the last few days I've

been sitting between the two main attorneys and our client is a couple seats to the right of me and it feels like the judge is always staring at me because he's presumably looking at you or our other counsel and it's an odd point of view to to view a trial from something I'm sure most have not

experienced well there was a day this past week where you it was just you being the client. Yeah there was and you know there were a few

breaks where you stepped out to deal with other business and it was just me and the client

and he was asking me my opinion and I was feeling very foolish giving it to him but you know that's you know

the client asks you I'm not going to ignore him so what are you gonna do?

Quite a I will tell you it's quite a trial from an audio visual standpoint.

It's a murder case, but every, it seems like everything is filtered through the tapes, the video.

I mean, would you agree with that as a as a relatively new observer of a courtroom trial?

Absolutely, as a complete Luddite, I mean, there is a video of the incident in question

and it was played in the opening for one of the sides and it has been replayed for virtually every

witness that has been called so I would say that it is a highly audio
