Last time I saw you in the flesh, Friday afternoon, fentanyl alley, hardscrabble streets of los angeles fending for ourselves because the uh deterioration

of western civilization and god forbid that you're downtown by the way have you ever seen downtown

as docile as yesterday uh just on thursday when i was there as well but i I mean, yeah, it's something else. There was no

Dr. Alien, but I'd like to point out that you were in the confines of your car and I was, you know,

outside, fending for myself and trying to make sure I didn't get stabbed with a fence and all needle.

But, uh, no, LA has been, our portion of downtown LA has been calmer and less occupied than I've ever seen it.

It is very grim.

Everything's boarded up.

Most specifically, in my experience, was Target, which I went to on Thursday.

And the entire front of it is boarded up.

It looks apocalyptic.

And then you go inside.

And I happen to turn around to see why it is boarded up. It looks apocalyptic. And then you go inside and I happen to turn around to see why it was boarded up. Preemptive. Absolutely no damage to the glass whatsoever.

It's just all these businesses are taking a better safe than sorry approach. I'm not going to use

the terminology that I heard you using so colorfully yesterday. but yeah, it's very docile. Why don't

you at least quote the terminology
