And there's two subjects today that I wanted to talk about.

The first one is the lively Baldoni settlement this week, where we have both sides taking kind of victory laps, which I have a lot of opinions on this.

But Harvey, you better than anybody have been around

Hollywood longer than time itself. What's your take on both of these sides declaring victory?

Blake lively lost, period. Blake lively lost this case. She wanted more than $100 million,

more than $150 million, and she ended up getting nothing. She settled for no money. There was no apology. It was, I acknowledge that we will take your issues seriously. There's no, but I'm sorry for what I did. There is no exchange of money.

And that's what civil lawsuits are about. Civil lawsuits are about money. And that's it. Now, you could

say, well, they're also about abdication or rather just, you know, somebody kind of acknowledging that, you know, you did me dirty.

He never said he did her dirty in the settlement.

So I don't know what she won.
