2016 Mark you and I did a three week trial in San Jose, California, the first trial that

went against inter-surgical, you were fabulous, and we beat old Alan Ruby and Scadnarps to death and so that was a lot of fun

You know one of my favorite things about that is that there was I think it's somebody who's related to Scalia started a courtroom news network

thing where they videotape the trial and this and the reason I know about this is people ask me,

and they can't get past the paywall.

You know, my favorite story about that Mark real quick was,

you remember you were in the men's bathroom

and they had like four or five jury consultants there

and one of those jury consultants was there standing next to you

and just feeling really bad because you did such a great job picking a jury that day.
