I'm joining you today with Aaron the NerdSoup Monkey, and we are back to record another episode of the NerdSoup podcast.

Uh, we've got some important news to talk about. We've got some big strikes going on in the world of Hollywood, so

this podcast may be over soon if no new content is being produced.

We've also got early reviews for Barbie and Oppenheimer both have opened two positive reviews as you

can see from the title. And uh, yeah, we'll also be talking other Hollywood stuff as it pertains to the strike.

We're actually recording this remotely today, so audio might sound a little different, but

you know, show almost go on. Sometimes Aaron has a go man.

It's good man. Um, yeah, show almost go on unless one of us is busy or in Europe or just not feeling it.

That's our mission statement. It's right there.

I don't know what we feel like. It's right there in the wall.

Yeah. Um, now I'm doing good man. Just excited. Big week. Big week of movies.

Movies are back and then they're not again. That's funny at the same time.

We were supposed to be back, but all the strikes going on kind of putting a damper on things, but

oh, it's a big weekend. One of the more uh, exciting weekends, I think,

in a while going to uh, in terms of like going to see new releases coming out.

I think around maybe was that two years ago,

Deune came out and I was, I had this feeling, but as it gets closer to Friday, man,

I'm just, I'm ready to go and especially with all these reviews coming out.

It's always good to have just something to look forward to with the old cinema, you know.
