1:20.0	Now, this is a really stunning about face in one sense because he's refused for months to appear, even though he's had a subpoena.
1:31.5	The Justice Department calls Bannon's about face a stunt and says that his, quote,
1:36.6	sudden wish to testify is not a genuine effort to meet his obligations, but a last-ditch attempt to avoid accountability.
1:38.7	Well, that's just calling the word is-is.
