Your hustle is celebrating its 100th episode.

This season, the show will be revisiting its very first episode,

a listener favorite called Sellies, about the relationships formed inside a prison cell.

But this time, there's a twist.

The whole episode takes place inside a women's prison.

And the show checks in on one of its producers, Roshan New York Thomas,

who was recently released from prison for an inside look at life on parole.

And producers spend a marathon 14 hours out on the yard at Sam Quentin,

from dungeons and dragons to dominoes,

gospel, to geese, weightlifting, to just waiting.

where there are some surprising echoes of today.

In 1872, the Republican Party was in danger of splitting in two.

Republican incumbent, Ulysses S. Grant, was challenged by Horace Greeley,

with a newly formed, dissident, liberal Republican Party.

To make it more confusing, Greeley was backed by the Democrats.

Another huddishew in 1872 was voting rights.
