All right, so this is going to be a weird and special episode about PTSD from the Band of Runners Trail

Camp. A few folks at the camp thought that it might be a really cool thing for us to dig deep into.

And we sat down one night and just kind of had a free flow conversation.

It's going to be a little different.

The audio is a little strange because we're in a different room. we're using a different setup and a couple people kind of come in and out and stuff like that but we thought it would be really cool to dig deep into PTSD because it's something that people talk about a lot they talk about in the concept of the military a lot but you know sometimes some people did they just don't even know what they're talking about so I thought it was kind of a cool talk and I'm putting it out along with my

Chad Bright interview so it's kind of like a Navy SEAL and then this PTSD thing

are going to be side by side this week and that's it so I thought this would be cool it's like a bonus
