Well, because what Justin's about to tell you is that he did the he did the episode. I did. It was very kind of you. I had an incredibly rough day.

The day that I usually reserve to like finish out and make sure my topic's all ready to go and my research is all together was a very, very rough day.

But it was it was an intense day and I did not do my work, which I think is fine. By the way, I'm going to normalize that. That's fine that I didn't get my work done.

Yes. And we should all be able to when we have a traumatic experience, especially like that, something sudden and unexpected, we should all be given the space and time to cope with that mentally and emotionally.
