1:14.0	A lot of the January 6 cases are about taking behavior that should have been punished with a small fine for trespassing,
1:19.0	and instead slapping someone with a multi-year prison sentence after holding them in solitary confinement
1:25.0	without due process as prisoners of war for months on end.
1:30.0	But this case out of New York is about taking behavior that isn't a crime at all,
1:34.0	and never has been prosecuted as a crime, and then ginning it up as a way to incarcerate a former United States president.
1:42.0	Just to come up with this, Bragg had to take a grand jury investigation that had already ended,
1:47.0	and bring it back from the dead, then tell them to spend a year figuring out what they could charge Trump with.
