Gary Gensler continues to get his butt handed to him at every turn twice now recently

first with ripple now with the grayscale ETF the bitcoin trust more on that in just one

shot how you doing I'm doing very very well you know I know my audience doesn't love

the bitcoin crypto thing but I want to lead with this because it's very very refreshing

to watch one of these snakes get his butt handed to him this time a federal appeals court

ruled on Tuesday that the securities and exchange commission must reconsider the crypto asset

manager grayscale investments application to launch the first bitcoin exchange traded

fund they wanted to turn their bitcoin trust into an ETF and Gary said no at every turn

shutting them down and so finally grayscale sued and the judge agreed calling Gary Gensler

arbitrary and capricious bob I had to look that up I think I have a pretty good grasp

on language but I wanted to look up capricious given to sudden and unaccountable changes

of mood or behavior used in an example it goes like this it's terrible to feel our

livelihood hinges on a capricious boss that one really made me laugh because Gary Gensler

is a very capricious boss and this is how he's been treated most recently when he goes

in front of the senate or congress did you coordinate with democratic staff and I asked

because it happened before and I want to be clear whether you operate of your own accord

or whether there's some sort of coordinated approach to the damage that you're reflecting

on america's capital markets this committee is not happy with that attitude or performance
