special conversation today to commemorate the end of Alabama rush. We are going to do a little

post-mortem. Something that has shocked me is finding out that you rushed at Alabama, and we're in a

sorority all four years. Try it out or don't try it all, baby.

And you tried.

When you, oh, I tried.

Today you all are going to learn just how hard I tried and kept trying.

I was laughing when you said, it's a Saturday and it's like, but what really matters is what's happening this Saturday in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, because y'all, it's bid day in Alabama.

It is bid day.

It is the most exciting day of the year.

It's where you're going to run home to your forever home and find your sisters.

Oh, my God, I have full body goosebumps.

So why don't we start by, why don't you tell me a little bit

about who you were when you were 18? Like who you were as you were approaching Alabama,

how did you decide to go there? And what were you like as you were approaching rush for the first time?

I coming out of an all-girl Catholic high school, a very dog-eat dog, kind of perfect training in some ways for sorority life

world. The last two years of my high school experience were very difficult. I had been

ostracized by my friend group at one point. I was kind of living this double life academically

from the standpoint of I was drinking constantly, partying constantly.

I actually got arrested when I was 17.

I got a public intoxication charge.

Is that common where you lived?
