On this episode, I'm joined again with my friend Jemma, and we're going to answer some more questions that have been submitted in

about who killed Sister Kathy.

Hi, guys.

So, Gemma, the first question that I have for you in this episode is, is there any evidence that

Father Maskell had a history of troubling or inappropriate behavior before becoming a priest?

Yes, there is.

There's a couple things.

As a child, I had been told by somebody that grew up in his neighborhood that he was a bully,

and then that he would, like, make scary faces at kids and kids and like freak them out, right?

But we also know that his mother used to make him little priest vestments.

Vestments are the costumes that priests wear when they are saying mass or performing baptisms. And so he made him these little outfit,

little meaning he was a little kid. And she would get Neko Wafers, which are an old time candy,

like from the 50s and 60s. They come in a roll. Have you ever had them, Shane? I haven't. No. And they're discs and they're

different flavors and different colors. And he would use those with kids in the neighborhood and

pretend he was giving them communion. So if you were like in the pretend mass in his backyard, you might get like a pink strawberry

flavored desk, because I don't think she bought enough rolls of NECO waferes just to get all

the white ones, right?
