Antonia Dodge today we're gonna do something a little different you know one of the things

about these podcasts these often arise from conversations that

Tony and I are having like in the car driving somewhere just walking

like in our house casual conversations we're like man we stop talking

let's let's we should do this for a podcast.

And some recent events, we're going to do a podcast today

that's really going to take some of the things

we've talked about in previous podcasts.

And we're going to use a situation

here in the United States that's happening at the time of this recording to illustrate

how we tend to think about things using the same frameworks and models that we often teach at

Personality Hacker and it might be a really interesting conversation for you to hear and you might want to

adopt some of the ways that we weave some of the models together because we think it might be beneficial.

And let me just give you a little context of what's happening. So we're going to have a conversation today

with the backdrop of the Baltimore City riots here in the United States. So Baltimore is a fairly large city if you're not from the United

States. You're listening globally. Baltimore're not from the United States. If you're listening globally,

Baltimore is one of the largest cities on the East Coast. There's probably a couple million people

in the metro area. It's very close to our nation's capital, Washington, D.C. and it's about three hours south of New York City.

So if you know where New York City is on a map, it's about three hours south of there.

And it has been notoriously known for a lot of racial tension and a lot of violence. I think it's number two for
