yesterday morning, named the Dolly, had actually been involved in an accident in 2016,

and inspections as recent as last year came back showing

deficiencies. So the 2016 incident occurred as that ship was leaving a port in Belgium when it struck a stone loading pier and suffered damage to its stern.

And it also apparently recorded a deficiency for its propulsion and auxiliary machinery,

plus its gauges and thermometers during its latest

inspection in Chile just last year.

Now, the ship is owned by a Singaporean company called Synergy Marine Group which boasts I'm sure
