Prisoners in St. Quentinenton Penitentiary, California regard Dr. Leo Stanley as a wonder worker.

Within the last year or so, he has operated upon ten of the inmates, giving them new interstitial glands from the bodies of executed murderers.

There will be another execution this month,

and the 11th operation will follow. Dr. Stanley is reluctant to talk about his efforts to restore youth, vitality and mentality, and productive life, saying that he cannot determine the success

of his experiments for three or four years yet.
