unwel and more the first how are you I'm well thank you very much long weekend I went to a

Chargers game how is that a long weekend long weekend as in like a busy not like a three day weekend

like I had to work so it made it a long weekend actually probably made it a short weekend

now that I think about it yeah you're probably right yeah nothing else really to report I did a

cold play show last week that'll be on the CW in a couple weeks I'll tell you when I don't

remember oh that's nice all good and a hug where were you you're in Miami right I went to my

Emmy to do something for work and that was wonderful but also stressful because I found out about

this opportunity a week ago nine days ago last Saturday and I was asked to do something and I

said sure it sounds exciting and I would love to do it then two days later after I had already

rescheduled three days of my life and then after our show last Monday they said oh we need to move

filming okay even though I had already rescheduled some things couldn't be rescheduled whatever

anyways I went the filming was great and I got to see my family which was great as well and like

only family can get away with saying something like this you look so good I'm so happy you don't

look good when you're skinny yeah yeah I mean the worst backhanded compliment of all time but she

meant it you know like that's the thing like I don't think she was trying she wasn't trying to insult

me she's like not at all yeah so you look good with a couple of pounds on you but I don't feel good
