That's Michael Waldman. He's the president of the Brennan Center for Justice at NYU

Law School, a nonpartisan law and policy organization that works to reform, engage, and defend

America's democratic systems. Waldman, a constitutional law scholar and lawyer, is also

the author of several books, most recently the Second Amendment and the fight to vote.
