| 0:00.0 | Yay, Networks! Hey guys, episode 58. It is, it's really hot and I think our internet's just like, I don't know, it's like directly in the sun isn't that like the internet box behind in our backyard? We're just kidding. It's just like the cable box. This sounds like a therapy session. We're trying to get our mind to work. I need a therapy session. I've been doing yard work all day and it's so satisfying. I tried to get myself put together before this podcast. I was sweating like crazy. I was getting all this sweat in my eye because I was just sweating so bad. And it was burning. And but I got all my bushes tram. It just looks so crisp in the front yard. All the weeds are pulled. It just makes me so happy. Like there's back to school. And for me, it's like back to school for Jordan because the kids are gone and then if I have a clean house |
| 1:05.1 | and I have a clean yard |
| 1:06.5 | and I have all my other duties done, it's like I can go in that week of back to school feeling so relaxed and good. But when you clean up the house, like we did this weekend, are we with the Jason Miraz and I don't know why I cleaned up the whole house on Sunday before we went to the concert. already trust. And already. |
| 1:25.5 | How do you think I can get home? |
| 1:27.0 | There's popsicles all over the floor. |
| 1:28.9 | It's sticky. up the whole house on Sunday before we went to the concert. And it's already trash. And already. |
| 1:25.5 | How do you think I can get home? |
| 1:27.0 | There's popsicles all over the floor. |
| 1:28.9 | It's sticky, half-drinking soda is everywhere. |
| 1:31.9 | It's just trashed immediately. |
| 1:34.1 | Lawson said to me last night, Mom, will you rub my back? |
| 1:37.9 | Sure. |
| 1:38.9 | And then he's like, hey, can you vacuum my room? |
| 1:42.2 | It needs there's some crumbs. |
| 1:43.7 | And I go, what? No, you can get the small little vacuum and you can vacuum your room. Wow, we're getting in to some heavy therapy stuff. Yeah. Better called better health. No, they need to learn that like there's, we have a little vacuum that they know how to use and he, those crumbs and the chips are from his friends running over and they just eat and they leave the stuff. I was like, I am not your maid. Like, you pick up after yourself and, uh, but now you know how I feel. I mean, you're gonna really see how I feel in a month with you being home a lot. So, get used to it. But going back to, yeah, let's oh, we are. I have the guy over here for like three hours yesterday. I I don't know if it's the area we're in. I don't know if it's the heat. We have somebody I have to call about our internet every other week. I okay, let's get on. Let's get on a little tangent here. Let's go. I spend more time fixing our internet or restarting it, or restarting these stupid pods that they talked us into that are a couple hundred hours each, that I don't even think work. I spend more time, what it's funny that I do at my job. Yeah. That's how frustrating it is. And then they send a bill and you're like, |
| 3:05.6 | your dad is too much. |
| 3:07.3 | I'm like, I'm using data because my internet doesn't work. |
| 3:09.7 | My Wi-Fi doesn't work. Like, it's hard to even do this podcast and talk to our producers because they keep going in and out. Let alone if we have a guest via satellite, I don't know how that's going to work. That's what I'm saying. I was telling the guy that was serious. |
| 3:22.5 | So he was very sweet actually. |
| 3:24.7 | Him and I got in like a not deep combos, but we just stayed. I'm thinking he stayed here extra 45 minutes and we were just talking about life. And I found out Lawson played against his son in the championship game. And I thought that was so funny. Yeah. But I learned something new. And then there's always like that correlation. |
| 3:46.0 | I don't know why there are Chicago people everywhere. I feel like in Colorado. He goes, I saw the Chicago flag. I'm from Chicago. And there were some things that he would say. I could like picture you saying. And I was like, are you a Portillo person? Good. My husband's obsessed with Portillo. and he goes, oh, I'll always eat a beef. |
| 4:04.3 | And then he was saying the same thing you said |
