The share of Michigan-Michigan State games, but probably never one that ended quite like this.

Now, we were talking earlier about the shenanigans in-game, and at the end of the game, I was just sent a video that said, Blake Corum was, watch this, Blake Corum was punched at the bottom of a pile. And you can see a guy, look pretending like he's going for the ball. And you see a couple of shots to the ribs, things like that. You're telling me, Doug Skeen, Michigan's former All-Big Ten offensive linemen, that that that isn't shocking behavior.

Well, it's not shocking for this game.

So Ballast in all my years of Little League high school, college, and the NFL.

I've never played in a football game that was more violent and had more bad blood than the Michigan-Michigan State game.

Our last year, the last year we played them in Ann Arbor as seniors, that one got out of hand.

And it started from the beginning and went right through to the end.

So it's, it's, it is a, it is a, it is a, it is a, it is a, it is a, it is a violent game in a different way.

Um, you and I have talked about in previous podcasts. So I remember, uh, that year, um, the Michigan

state, a green Michigan state glove coming inside my face mask at the bottom of a pile,

just, you know, scratching and trying to get, you know, any kind of bottom of a pile, just, you know,

scratching and trying to get, you know, any kind of damage to my eye. And, you know,

I had to squit my eye clothes because dude was going to rip my eyeball out. And I was down

there, you know, pinned against the ground. And it was violent. You know, guys, guys,

I remember guys diving at my knees, you know, and I, and I'll never forget there was an official's time out that year.

The White Hat came to the Michigan sideline.

Both teams had to go to the sidelines.
