Grand Prix and you are joined by your usual host myself hating goddess and of course

the incredible James Koker all the way from the USA.

And we're going to be breaking down our preview ahead of this weekend's Azerbaijan Grand Prix.

Always a difficult circuit, James. but in recent season it hasn't

necessarily provided as much drama as we expect from Baku. Are you excited?

I cannot wait.

I also cannot wait to wake up at 3.30 in the morning to watch the race live at 4 a.m.

That's what I'm most excited about is the lack of sleep. Yeah, it's a 12 noon start for us over here. So yeah, that is slap bang. And that's really for you. That's really for you. That's really for us. Yeah.

look at my hair right now like I've just woken up I get up at about you know

five p.m. we wake up we're on the same same sleeping schedule despite being on

our opposite ends of the of the earth okay it's not that bad but um yeah this is

earlier compared to what what we're used to over in Europe and it's even only a midday so yeah I can

only imagine how you are going to feel you know there's like a fit there's a there's a

night time and I feel like you would thrive in that environment you're like first

one to sign up to be a night person right here. He didn't goos.

Do you know what, I'd be a bit of both.

I don't like staying up and like wasting the day,

because I still enjoy the day, right?

But I'll happily wake up at 10 a.m. and start my day then. 9 a.m.
