We're going to get to my discussion with Liz Loza in a minute.

We had a lovely talk on Thursday afternoon.

Unfortunately, the Packers and the Raiders made a huge NFL trade shortly after our podcast,

so you're getting a little extra bonus coverage.

I'm going to talk about this Devante Adams trade in brief.

We will break it down much more extensively on our next episode of the podcast next week.

So as you've probably heard by now, Devante Adams, he's a Raider.

The Vegas Raiders send a first round pick and a second round pick to Green Bay.

AFC Westman, it's bananas.

All four teams just look loaded and fun and talented. And Adams and Dirk Carr have chemistry and history. They played together for two years at Fresno State. Devante Adams scored 38 touchdowns in those two seasons. One of those years, Carr threw 50 touchdowns. We're going back to 2012 and 2013, but at least they've got a history. And this was somewhere Adams wanted to be.

And Adams apparently is getting a five-year contract extension. So he's getting a big bag of cash as well.

Wheels up on Carr. His fantasy stock rises. Great receivers here, Waller, Renfro. Now Adams is in town.

We'll see what Josh McDaniels can do with that. I think Adams might take a small hit only because

Carr is a good player, but Rogers is a walk-in Hall of Famers. This is a difference there.

But Adam's still a first-round pick by anybody's estimation. What's going to happen in Green Bay?

Now, apparently Aaron Rogers knew this was coming or knew it was possible anyway. So I don't think Aaron Rogers is a flight risk.

He's going to become a game show host or turn us back on the Packers.

I think he knew this was probably something that was likely.

The depth chart, though, that receiver depth chart is really weak right now.

I think Green Bay needs to be a player in free agency or the draft.

That's pretty obvious.
