My name is Dan Column and I'm here to run you through some of the latest news and stories doing around when it comes to the Reds.

We begin with a report from the Athletic, actually from James Pierce in the Athletic,

and it's claimed that Liverpool have now changed their plan,

and Stefan Pesgetage will keep on as for the remainder of the season.

There were some reports earlier on in the window suggesting that the young Spanish midfielder could return to Liverpool

and then head out to Rael Betis on loan but instead he will be remaining in Austria for the remainder of the season

and that the original plan way back when we was initially loaned to the Bundesliga side has not altered

in spite of Peplanders's exit earlier on this year so yeah

I'm a little bit of surprised if should be told he was an unused substitute last night in

their defeat at the hands of May Madrid for Salzburg and it looked as though it's been a funny

old season for me actually was fortunate to go out there and watch him

and speak to pep actually about him and it was all like he was building up he's training well

but you know he's not really ever nailed down a starting place and ever really put a consistent

run of 90 minute performances together not in terms of form, but just in terms of his fitness.

It felt like he obviously needed to go away and play a lot of football, having missed so much

when he was back at Liverpool.

And we clearly had such high hopes around, and he was so, so, sort of gifted and seamlessly

slotted into a midfield.

And a midfield department that was struggling in Liverpool side that wasn't quite at
