It's been a full week since we covered this.

So here's a little quick recap to just get us back into the story. This last time, we covered

how this cute, blonde vegan babe named Sarma left her Wall Street career behind to become a chef,

okay? A very hallmark movie move, All right, I'm just going to,

I'm just going to change things up, but she didn't go to a small town, okay? She was in New York

City. In the early 2000s, she and her chef husband opened up this raw vegan restaurant in

New York with the help of investors. And the place was an instant hit, packed every night with

celebs, socialites, even fucking presidents. Okay, this is a big

deal. It's the place to go. But by 2009, Sarma and Matthew were ready to go their separate ways,

and with help from her investors, she ended up as the sole owner of this insanely busy and thriving

restaurant. The pressure was fucking on to run this thing solo for the first time.

But staff, investors, regulars, they all loved Sarma, and she loved them back.

Everyone loved the restaurant, including Alec Baldwin, who ended up leading Sarma to her soulmate dog.
