And I know you guys have been friends forever.

How did we come to this project?

Like, what is the genesis of, and I love the title, by the way.

How do we get to this book?

Judah, I'm eager to hear how you interpret that story.

Chad, it's pretty authentic.

First of all, it's a privilege to be here on Lean In, Leadership Lean In. It's been seven years. It's been way too long.

Basically, I have a lot of bad thoughts. And Leslie and Leslie, the doctors, have been trying to help my marriage for 15 plus

years. That's a decade and a half, Chad. And I came up with the idea, let's write a book about a preacher and a shrink.

Still think that's a great title, but we went with bad thoughts, which is also a great title.

And that's basically, here's how Dr. Les Parrott is going to fix my bad thoughts.

Meanwhile, we think it'll help a lot of other people who might have good thoughts, bad thoughts,

or just thoughts or thoughtless thoughts and never think about their thoughts.

And so this is me putting all of my stuff on Main Street and saying,

here's what we've been talking about.

I even doodle in the book, which is pretty nonsensical and insane.

But it is pretty genuine to the journey we've been on for 15 years. Doctor?

Well, the first thing I need to say is, Judith, button your shirt.
