What happened to you with regards to LED lighting?

Oh, gosh, yes.

I'm not involved with the LED lighting because I chose it. It was something that happened to me, and I'm happy to share my story with your listeners. It was very dramatic or traumatic, I should say. So I was a middle school math teacher in Silicon Valley, California. And around 2015 at the end, 2016,

that's when I started to notice LED lights coming out. So car headlights and bloodlights on buildings

and the street lights on my street, they to change these lights and to me it was something i'd never experienced before a kind of emotional feeling that i can't it's somewhat indescribable alien and i associated the word evil with this, what I now term blue rich light.

I remember clearly driving to work to school and seeing Cadillac daytime running lights

and thinking, this can't be real.

This is, what is this evil light that's hitting me?

It was capturing my attention.

It was either forcing myself to pull away from not looking at the light or being

attracted to it like a moth and staring straight at it.

It was so bizarre.

In my town, they changed the beautiful high pressure sodiums, the orange lights, the street

lights. They changed them to 5,000 Kelvin LED, blue-rich street lights. I lived on the second floor,

and they were right at eye level. So I came home one night, and my living room and kitchen were

blasted with this this intense

light flooding my apartment so I had to close the blinds and it was just it was so

terrible and as I began to get struck I would call it being struck by this light
