| 0:46.0 | I have to go back and really dig into my past to unearth some of these |
| 0:50.0 | because I've already forgotten that I've dropped them, |
| 0:52.0 | and they were such negative habits for me. |
| 0:54.4 | My biggest negative habits were overeating and watching television and playing video games. |
| 1:03.0 | So these three habits just took root when I was growing up and I was very overweight my whole life. |
| 1:10.0 | And I watched enormous quantities of television, wasted so much of my time doing that, and also spent a lot of hours playing video games and wasted a lot of my life doing that. |
| 1:20.0 | So those three things were really something I had to overcome in order to start to move |
| 1:23.9 | towards a self actualized kind of life that I am really living in right now and |
| 1:28.9 | that I'm shooting for even higher levels of it as I'm going forward in the next few years and onwards. |
| 1:37.0 | So with you, your negative habits might be the same or they might be different, |
| 1:41.0 | but in the end it doesn't really matter what the bad habit is, it's all |
| 1:45.8 | you relying on something to give you emotional support, emotional stimulation, a crutch if you |
| 1:50.9 | will. So this might be hardcore drugs, this might be pot, this might be food, this |
| 1:57.2 | might be alcohol, this might be partying, this might be the internet or television or |
