This is not surprising.

The guy can't even read the three sentence text usually to preview the show

Like such in-depth. So of course he would go and forget his entire body Or this is an excuse.

I do have to say though he is for a podcast that is known for being unprepared

he is the least prepared element of it. Well you don't even bring the microphone. I mean that would be
