| 1:41.3 | Number four, they are interesting. These are real people and real problems. The letters are |
| 1:46.8 | interesting and sometimes funny too. You enjoy reading and listening to them. |
| 1:51.6 | Number five, they show American culture. |
| 1:56.0 | You learn a lot about American culture, |
| 1:58.0 | especially families, dating, and work |
