We were in Baltimore. The Dominican Republic was starting to be an up-and-coming destination.

Yeah. Two-and-a-hour flight, easy to get there. It's kind of like how when Costa Rica just popped.

Sure. So everything was cheap. You could go down there, all-inclusive, and stay for nothing. The flights were cheap out of Baltimore.

The wife and I at the time or a girlfriend at the time were we're like, we're going to go to the Dominican Republic.

My girlfriend slash wife, she cannot tolerate any crap in a hotel room.

She will change rooms, even if you unpack completely, right?

I mean, if she sees a spider in the shower.

You need to evacuate the room, right?

That kind of a thing.

You can't just get it out of the room.

So, we walk in the hotel room and the double doors are open. We're on a ground floor unit

at the hotel. It's beautiful. There's a patio out there, there's chairs. It's not like it's a bad

thing to be on the ground floor. And then there's a little bit of grass and it takes you to the,

you can walk down to the pool.

I'm like, this is awesome.

Now, whoever made the room did like one of those towel swans.

You know, when you walk in, you go like,

oh, like origami towel swan.

Yeah.

So that's on the bed. There's this huge bouquet of flowers as well on the bed, all native to the air.
