had a wonderful first week, weekish of February.

You did it. You made it through January. That's the worst of the worst. And I'm grateful that the

worst month of the year is right at the beginning because that it's over and done and it's only up

from here. I started last week's episode by complaining about it being too cold. And then it got

suspiciously warm. It should not be 65 degrees in early February in Utah. So the earth is on fire.

What are you going to do about it? Let's figure out what we're talking about this week.

I actually have a lot of things

that I need to talk about. A lot of things that I need to get off my chest. One, I'm in boot camp,

okay? I'm struggling with winter. So this is no longer winter. This is now summer prep. Okay,

I'm taking my neutraful vitamins, which yes, they were a sponsor of the podcast. Thank you so much for

asking. They dropped me, okay? And I still spent my money on them, full price, spent them full

price. Same with Newly. Newly used to be a sponsor. They broke up with me and I still, still pay for
