Okay, so here's the other thing I feel like is missing from this and was not fully explained on this show is how this whole nail tech situation really came about when it happened.

What's not being explained on the show is that Brittany took three weeks to take down her review.

What we did see was a screenshot of a Twitter tweet that she said, all, I only saw one thing.

Which would beg the question of like, considering what we heard this man say, why would you not take your review down for the one thing?
