I've been thinking about switching my workouts up.

I'm thinking about kind of going to a three-day week, total body workout.

Talk about, I don't know, four or five sets of body part.

Just stick to the compound movements, do one movement for body part, and then of course

you know one thing for tries and buys a squat, maybe a stiff leg of dead left kind of

gets a couple of calf raises in there too for the calves.

So I think I'm going to change it up.
