Hey there, hi, there, and welcome to to episode 34 of Connecting with Walt, celebrating our

Tensennial year.

I am your host and dis historian Michael Bowling, and I am joined by my co-host, producer, and good

friend Tom Bell.

Tom, how are you today?

I am doing well.

Are you ready for Halloween?

I'm getting there. I have a lot of my decorations up.

All right. And I, the, uh, the Folsom City Zoo Sanctuary where I volunteer, we're having a, um, happy Howl-O-Ween event this, this Saturday. And so i'm going to wear i have sorcerer mickey headband that i

got at um disneyland uh um hong kong kong dsman which is really nice and i thought that'll be my costume

sure i don't want to wear a big old thing and all

that. And so I almost though, I was on site and they had on a Halloween, you know, website for costumes and

animatronics, all that. They had a Kevin costume. Oh, I was was so tempted. I was a chair, but one of the things is that first of all, I didn't know how I would get to the zoo in that thing. Right. Yeah. So I'd have to change somewhere. And then, but then we have to be able to wear our name badge. Oh, yeah. Okay. On it, and I wasn't sure.

Huh. I'm not sure how it would fit on there.

So if anybody would even realize I'm part of the zoo.

So are you a candy corn pro or con on candy corn?

I like it in moderation.
