Welcome to the show today folks. I am recording this as I drive across multiple

state lines and route to what promises to be a very cool adventure. I wish I could tell you more about it currently but I'm

under some nondisclosure agreements.

So this is a story that I'll have to save for another time.

Should be very cool.

I can tell you I'll be at high altitude with a backpack for some time.

It's an opportunity that came down the pipeline unexpectedly

and I had a whole of about two and a half weeks to try and get ready.

I was really softened by the winter, put on a few extra pounds and hadn't been out exercising the way I should be.

Just goes to show you that you should always be prepared.

To my surprise, I was able to put on several miles a day, most of the days, between

finding out that I had this assignment and now. And I can't say I'm really fit but I don't feel entirely unprepared

either we'll see how she goes meanwhile thanks for tuning in today. We're going to talk about, we're going to draw on some
