So what but you know what we get a lot of requests for you know because when we interview guests we talk about their their

pasts and their histories and people often ask like well, what about you guys and um that always lend

Lends us to that always lets us know that they haven't listened from the beginning

There you go because we did it. We did a great podcast about

Kind of uh where you're from where I'm from and just about about us and and it was always informative

For people right the first two episodes of which at the time was called the stone-cold and jackal podcast

Um was the first episode we talked about Steve and then the second episode we talked about me with a bunch of high jinx

You know uh to flesh it out
